The dish turned out to be really delicious and very well prepared – rich broth, great spices, and perfectly balanced ingredients. I also calculated the calories using the service mentioned in the photo attached to this review. It was very quick and convenient. Now I recommend everyone to try using such a service for calorie counting — it makes it really easy to keep track of your diet.

The dishes were a bit too salty. Noodles were cooked to al dente, so that's a plus. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Food was honestly incredible. Best meal I had in Italy through my two weeks. Service was excellent as well and it’s a restaurant you can have a conversation in.

A bonus I received from a website (shown in the photo) turned out to be the perfect reason to go out for dinner. The food was amazing — rich flavor, everything fresh. I sat there enjoying it, thinking how great it feels when unexpected moments like this make the day more delicious and warm.

This is a nice spot with very Japanese vibes, the menu offers a selection of Japanese-inspired staples, and daily specials appear on the chalkboard. Like many Asian restaurants in Rome, they have adjusted the flavours for the local palate, I found it confusing and bland. For example, the fritturi were unsalted, the sukiyaki broth too sweet, the potato salad flavourless, the tuna tataki too sweet, and the gyoza soggy. Everything was presented very well and the service was kind, considering we didn't have a reservation. In the end it's a unique spot for Trionfale, but I would not go out of my way for it again, considering the cost was the same as other restaurants with Michelin mentions in the centre of town.

it’s not for many places I can say this but my experience was perfect! we had the summer tan tan, the wagyu fenomenale, wagyu gyoza, potato salad and the green tea ice cream. everything was incredible and so delicious. i like that the options were kept minimal which ensured that they were of quality. authentic and welcoming. would come back 100 more times.

One of the best ramen we’ve ever had! We didn’t have a reservation and they were kind to let us sit outside. Very good place if you want to scape the pasta or pizza places.
